Martial Inverse – Chapter 115

Chapter 115 – Qiong Ning

Because it is not yet time to start school, the students in the academy were relatively few. Walking in a quiet path, breathing in the fresh air, Feng Hao was in somewhat of a driftly mood slowly becoming serene.

This place was separated from the mundane world, seemingly a world outside of society. Compared to the noisy and hectic royal capital, it was like two worlds apart.

“There’s no way?”

Looking at the towering perimeter wall, Feng Hao could not help but stare blankly. Taking a glance around, this wall seemed to hide the region where the yi crystal is.

“It looks like the people of Wind Moon Academy has already discovered the existence of the crystal and have concealed it.”

Knitting his eyebrows, Feng Hao listened carefully beyond the wall hearing a faint sound.

“There is someone inside?”

Originally, Feng Hao thought that this would be a forbidden place. Now that he knew someone was inside, does it mean that it is accessible?”

“Just what is inside that place?”

Under the pressure of thinking of a way to climb the wall, Feng Hao decided to find someone to ask. He vaguely felt that the place beyond the wall must not be very simple.

Walking for a long time, he did not see a figure. Feng Hao then went towards the huge academy square. In this place, the Wing Moon Academy students interacted and fought.

Coming off the stone paved path, a very spacious square was present before Feng Hao’s eyes. In the scene before him, there were hundreds of elevated platforms. Although it may seem a lot, Feng Hao did not see any free elevated platforms. Above one of the elevated platforms, there was a pair of students fighting fiercely and down below were people in all sides loudly cheering.

“Boy, stop for me!”

Just around the corner there were loud shouts as a large group of people surrounded a platform pointing towards the fight inside.

Casting a glance at those who looked inside the ring with liveliness, Feng Hao did not bother going to the crowd. He was walking neither fast, nor slow. However in that moment, a youth’s sneer coming from inside crowd caused him to stop his footsteps.

“You dogs, go tell Bao Hui that he should not bother. With only his strength, he still had ideas on my sister? Wishful thinking!”

“Boy, you actually dare slight young master Bao. We gave you a toast, but you did not drink, instead it turns out you are demanding fine wine! Go up and I’ll beat you to death. I’ll strike you until you are crippled for going against young master Bao!”

As the cold sneer sounded, also a little angry voice was emitted. Immediately the crowd burst into a loud noise.

With his back facing the crowd, Feng Hao was silent for a while. Then after hearing the muffled sounds coming from inside the platform, he turned around towards the crowd.

Inside the crowd, there was a youth about 15 to 16 years old dressed in blue clothing whose eyes were filled with anger. He was under siege by four other men causing the youth’s blue robe to be in disarray and his face from time to time would meet a fist. This resulted in bloodstains to flow out from the corners of his mouth.

Peng!

A man lifted his feet and kicked the blue robed youth on the belly, suddenly causing the latter to bend down. Although they saw that he no longer retaliated, the four men did not show any sign of stopping at the slightest. Four legs moved at the same time and ruthlessly aimed at the body of the blue robed youth.

Peng! Peng! Peng!…

The four containing their fierce strength on the soles of their feet quickly reached the body of the blue robed youth. Then, a figure suddenly swept past forward, sending the four people back that clearly left distinct marks on the ground. It was only until they were pushed back five to ten meters did they raise their eyes with confusion to look at the youngster that arrived.

The one who made a move was none other than Feng Hao!

The blue robed boy with difficulty stood up clutching his belly, face a little pale cupped his hands towards Feng Hao’s back: “This student, thank you.”

“Cousin Qiong Ning, it only has been some time, you already do not know me?”

Feng Hao turned around and looked at the dumbfounded face of the blue robed youth with a faint smile.

Qiong Ning, this blue robed youth was the son Qiong Clan’s Qiong Song.

“Cousin Feng Hao?!”

Qiong Ning was stunned across his face, after a long time did he only finally came back to his senses. With a surprised face he looked at Feng Hao, “Is it really you?”

A few months ago, it can be said that Feng Hao saved the whole Qiong Clan, at the same time, he also allowed the Qiong Clan to rise and become strong. When it comes to Feng Hao, how can he forget?

“En.”

Feng Hao nodded his head. He then turned around and coldly looked at the four men that just stood up asking, “Who are these people?”

“A group of hunting dogs for bigwigs, nothing more!”

Qiong Ning was full of anger, his face was bitter as he silently spoke, “It’s all because of Ling er. They know my relationship with her so they want to use me to force Ling er to marry that Bao Hui!”

“Oh! So using power to force a relationship?”

Hearing what was said, a cold momentum erupted from Feng Hao’s body. After taking a few steps, he faced towards the approaching four men.

Seeing Feng Hao, the four youths also slowly retreated. Then, seeing the onlookers look at them incessantly, redness rose from the faces of the four men.

“Boy, I warn you not to meddle, otherwise you would no longer be able to eat!”

One of the men clenched his teeth as he snapped threateningly.

“What?”

Hearing those words, Feng Hao’s eyes flashed with a cold light. With his heels rising from the ground, his whole body turned into a remnant of a shadow quickly appearing in front of the man, his pair of eyes staring directly.

“You!…”

Looking at this strange youth, the man’s heart was utterly frightened. The pupils of his eyes became big and his face oozed with cold sweat. He was only so paralyzed that he did not collapse on the ground.

“You, go get that Bao Hui to come here. I will wait for him for half an hour. In the case he does not come, humph!”

Looking at the man who was frightened, Feng Hao spoke with disdain as he squinted his eyes. Along with his harrumph, a cold momentum directly hit the man’s chest causing him to fall onto the ground. After which the men quickly ran away to one direction.

“Cousin Feng Hao…”

Looking at Feng Hao, a few people began to depart. Qiong Ning then came over with a worried face.

“Cousin be rest assured!”

Feng Hao spoke with a smile and patted his shoulder softly.

“Ai… cousin, you don’t know who Bao Hui is, that is what I wanted to say.”

Qiong Ning who had a worried face was still not comforted by Feng Hao’s words, but instead he deeply knitted his eyebrows.

Just as he was about to say something, in the distance more than a dozen men dressed in the Wind Moon Academy robe were heading towards Feng Hao’s direction. Among them, were the four men that retreated.

Seeing the group of people coming over, the onlookers that were originally watching scattered as if they were afraid of someone.
